Concetta Sofia Fontana
Mentor in engineering and careers
- 🇮🇹 Padua, Veneto, Italy
- Padua Youth Network
- 1980 to 2017
- Italian
For 37 years I've mentored people in engineering and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Concetta: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
