I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 490 people through Kilkenny Mentoring Circle.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Colm: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
