Collins Collins Kato
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Mbale Art Collective
- 🇺🇬 Mbale, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Old Mbale Art Collective
- 2006 to 2018
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in photography, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 2006 at Old Mbale Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Mbale Art Collective, which keeps me honest.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
