Gymnastics and fitness coach, Red Deer
- 🇨🇦 Red Deer, Alberta, Canada
- Red Deer Lakeview Boxing Gym
- 2005 to 2013

For eight years I ran the gymnastics program at Red Deer Lakeview Boxing Gym in Red Deer. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
