For twelve years I ran the basketball program at Good Shepherd Athletic Club in Jakarta Barat. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Coach Yusuf: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
