Coach Wondimu
Cross country coach, Addis Ababa Gateway Swimming Club
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Since 2007
- English, Amharic
I've coached cross country at Addis Ababa Gateway Swimming Club since 2007. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.

What gifts mean to Coach Wondimu: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
