Coach Wawan
Tennis and fitness coach, Jakarta
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Bayview Youth Club
- 1998 to 2016
- English, Indonesian
For 18 years I ran the tennis program at Jakarta Bayview Youth Club in Jakarta. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
