For 22 years I ran the volleyball program at Dar es Salaam Community Club in Dar es Salaam. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
