For ten years I've run the cycling program at Hialeah Liberty Athletic Club in Hialeah. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Coach Violet: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
