Rowing and fitness coach, Accra
- 🇬🇭 Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana

For 31 years I've run the rowing program at Accra Swimming Club in Accra. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
