For 17 years I ran the cross country program at Tema Sports Club in Tema. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Nana
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
