Coach Vanessa
Coached cricket for 29 years in Manila
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Since 1997
- English, Filipino
I've coached cricket at Manila Phoenix Swimming Club since 1997. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Vanessa
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Vanessa: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
