Coach Tian
Youth netball coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Syracuse, New York, United States
- Syracuse Sports Club
- 1980 to 2017
- English, Mandarin, Spanish
I coached netball at Syracuse Sports Club from 1980 to 2017. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
More about Coach Tian
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Tian: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
