I coached baseball at Jacaranda Athletic Club from 2017 to 2025. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm still learning every day.
