Coach Thandi
Wrestling coach, Hope Swimming Club
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- Hope Swimming Club
- Since 1990
- English, Zulu
For 36 years I've run the wrestling program at Hope Swimming Club in Pretoria. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
More about Coach Thandi
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Thandi: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
