Coach Tâm
Youth rugby coach and mentor
- 🇻🇳 Hanoi, Hanoi, Vietnam
- Since 1989
- English, Vietnamese
For 37 years I've run the rugby program at Hanoi Swimming Club in Hanoi. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Tâm
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
