Coach Tahmina
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Bengaluru Youth Club
- 1982 to 1992
- English, Bengali
I'm a chess coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 270 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Coach Tahmina: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.

I still think about the rainy sports day. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Seville.
