For 16 years I've run the swimming program at Nagoya Sports Club in Nagoya. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Coach Sosuke: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
