For twelve years I ran the volleyball program at Faisalabad Hope Youth Club in Faisalabad. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
