For 37 years I've run the cycling program at Alcalá de Henares Boxing Gym in Alcalá de Henares. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Coach Sergio
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Sergio: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
