I've coached cross country at Parma Swimming Club since 2000. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

You coached me in 2001. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Móstoles.
