I coached badminton at Madurai Andes Athletic Club from 1985 to 2007. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
What gifts mean to Coach Sachin: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Miami.

You coached me in 1990. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Bengaluru.
