Coach Sabina
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇳🇵 Butwal, Lumbini, Nepal
- Butwal Starlight Swimming Club
- Since 2008
- English, Nepali
I've coached chess at Butwal Starlight Swimming Club since 2008. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Sabina
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Sabina: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
