Coach Ruan
Rowing and fitness coach, Johannesburg
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- 1994 to 2022
- English, Afrikaans
For 28 years I ran the rowing program at Johannesburg Willow Creek Swimming Club in Johannesburg. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
