Coach Robert
Youth dance coach and mentor
- 🇨🇦 Laval, Quebec, Canada
- Laval Riverside Swimming Club
- 1989 to 2018
- English
I coached dance at Laval Riverside Swimming Club from 1989 to 2018. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Coach Robert: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
