I coached cycling at Hubballi Athletic Club from 2002 to 2018. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Coach Ratul: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
