Coach Rachel
Athletics and fitness coach, Pretoria
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- Pretoria Orchid Athletic Club
- 1980 to 1997
- English
For 17 years I ran the athletics program at Pretoria Orchid Athletic Club in Pretoria. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Coach Rachel
If you played for me, you probably remember the end-of-term party.
What gifts mean to Coach Rachel: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
