Coach Polina
Coached athletics for 24 years in Zaporizhzhia
- 🇺🇦 Zaporizhzhia, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Ukraine
- Zaporizhzhia Boxing Gym
- 1996 to 2020
- English
For 24 years I ran the athletics program at Zaporizhzhia Boxing Gym in Zaporizhzhia. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
What gifts mean to Coach Polina: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
