Coach Peng
Youth cross country coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- San Diego Maple Ridge Athletic Club
- 1995 to 2020
- English, Mandarin
I coached cross country at San Diego Maple Ridge Athletic Club from 1995 to 2020. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Peng
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
