For 31 years I've run the softball program at Bucaramanga Community Club in Bucaramanga. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
