Coach Özlem
Baseball and fitness coach, Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Highland Football Club
- 1982 to 2019
- English, Turkish, Spanish
For 37 years I ran the baseball program at Istanbul Highland Football Club in Istanbul. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Coach Özlem
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Özlem: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
