I've coached boxing at Kyiv Community Club since 2008. Most of my players were between 10 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
What gifts mean to Coach Oleksandr: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
