Coach Ochieng
Youth badminton coach and mentor
- 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Dar es Salaam Community Club
- 1983 to 2011
- English, French
I coached badminton at Dar es Salaam Community Club from 1983 to 2011. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
What gifts mean to Coach Ochieng: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
