I coached rugby at Hồ Chí Minh City Stonebridge Sports Club from 1995 to 2003. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
More about Coach Oanh
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Oanh: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
