For 15 years I've run the rowing program at Da Nang Hope Swimming Club in Da Nang. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
