I've coached volleyball at Jakarta Selatan Youth Club since 1991. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Novi: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2009. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Coventry.
