For 28 years I've run the wrestling program at Madrid Football Club in Madrid. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Coach Nicolás
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
