I coached rugby at Hanoi Meadowbank Community Club from 1992 to 2016. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I'm still learning every day.
