I've coached cricket at Alcalá de Henares Sports Club since 2002. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
More about Coach Natalia
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
