Coach Nadia
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇺🇦 Dnipro, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Ukraine
- Dnipro Athletic Club
- Since 2005
- English, Russian
For 21 years I've run the chess program at Dnipro Athletic Club in Dnipro. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
More about Coach Nadia
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Nadia: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
