Coach Nadeesha
Youth cycling coach and mentor
- 🇱🇰 Negombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Negombo Football Club
- Since 2006
- English, Sinhala, French
I've coached cycling at Negombo Football Club since 2006. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Coach Nadeesha
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
