Coach Mei
Coached volleyball for nine years in Fukuoka
- 🇯🇵 Fukuoka, Fukuoka, Japan
- Fukuoka Athletic Club
- 1984 to 1993
- Japanese
I coached volleyball at Fukuoka Athletic Club from 1984 to 1993. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight.
More about Coach Mei
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
