Coach Maria
Coached wrestling for nine years in Kharkiv
- 🇺🇦 Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine
- Kharkiv Boxing Gym
- Since 2017
- English, Russian
I've coached wrestling at Kharkiv Boxing Gym since 2017. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
More about Coach Maria
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

You coached me in 2024. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Üsküdar.

I still think about the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Rawalpindi.
