Coach Makoto
Basketball coach, Maple Ridge Youth Club
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Maple Ridge Youth Club
- 2002 to 2022
- Japanese
I coached basketball at Maple Ridge Youth Club from 2002 to 2022. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Coach Makoto
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
