I'm a cross country coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 160 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Madeline
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Madeline: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
