For 18 years I've run the cycling program at Brampton Swimming Club in Brampton. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
