For 27 years I ran the cycling program at Birmingham Fairview Boxing Gym in Birmingham. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Coach Logan: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
