I've coached hockey at Hồ Chí Minh City Football Club since 1993. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Loan
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
