Coach Lia
Youth football coach and mentor
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Since 1987
- English
For 39 years I've run the football program at Jakarta Selatan Youth Club in Jakarta Selatan. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
More about Coach Lia
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Lia: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
