Coach Lan
Rowing coach, Hanoi Lotus Swimming Club
- 🇻🇳 Hanoi, Hanoi, Vietnam

- 1997 to 2012

For 15 years I ran the rowing program at Hanoi Lotus Swimming Club in Hanoi. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
